Katy Tree Trimming & Tree Removal

Katy's tree situation is its own thing: whole square miles of trees planted the same year the subdivision opened. In Cinco Ranch, Kelliwood and the newer sections off the Grand Parkway, that means thousands of live oaks and elms hitting their awkward teenage years at the same time, all needing the structural pruning that decides whether they become assets or problems. That's honestly our favorite work, an hour per tree now saves thousands later.

It also means HOAs. Most Katy communities want approval before a mature tree comes down, and some want it before major trimming. We know the drill: written assessment with photos, submitted with your architectural request, approval in hand before the saw starts. We've done the paperwork dance with a dozen Katy associations and it's never once been the slow part of the job.

The older side of town is different work. Around old Katy proper and Mason Road there are genuinely big oaks and pecans, and after every storm that blows through the I-10 corridor we're out there with the storm cleanup gear. Add regular pruning, removals, stumps and hedges, and Katy keeps a crew busy most weeks.
